.Selected courses are available through our flexible hybrid learning programme. Learners complete theory-based study online and attend either Frampton Farm or Poppies Farm for practical training and assessments, combining the convenience of remote learning with valuable hands-on experience and recognised qualifications.
Nestled within 26 acres of beautiful Kent countryside between Dover and Folkestone, Frampton Farm provides a unique learning environment where education and practical experience go hand in hand. Home to a wide variety of animals, including sheep, alpacas, cattle, pigs, goats, chickens and ducks, the farm offers learners daily opportunities to develop real-world skills in a supportive and engaging setting.
Our small class sizes ensure that every learner receives individual attention and encouragement, helping them build confidence, independence and practical skills at their own pace.
The farm features three dedicated classrooms, extensive open fields, an animal barn, horticultural polytunnels, a greenhouse, vegetable growing areas and an apple orchard. These facilities provide a diverse and enriching environment for animal care, horticulture and land-based studies, allowing learners to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards recognised qualifications.
Alongside our main centre in Dover, we are proud to work in partnership with Poppies Farm in Wokingham, Berkshire, providing learners with the same supportive, practical and inclusive approach to vocational education in a working farm environment.
We offer a range of practical, career-focused courses in Animal Care, Horticulture and Land-Based Studies, alongside short courses for adults.
