About Us

About Us – Friends of Frampton Farm

Friends of Frampton Farm is a community dedicated to helping young people and adults access meaningful, hands-on learning in a real farm environment. We believe education should be practical, inclusive and engaging, giving learners the opportunity to build confidence, develop independence and gain valuable skills that support their future aspirations.

Our programmes are designed to offer more than just qualifications. We focus on real-world experiences, personalised support and personal development, ensuring every learner is encouraged to progress at their own pace in a safe and nurturing environment.

At the heart of what we do is a commitment to animal care, land-based learning and vocational development. Whether learners are taking their first steps into education or looking to build on existing skills, we aim to provide a positive and empowering experience for everyone who joins us.

Our Centres

Main Centre – Frampton Farm, Dover (Kent)

Working in partnership with Frampton Farm, Poppies Farm extends our provision into Berkshire while maintaining its own unique identity and strong farming heritage. Set within a working farm environment, Poppies Farm provides learners with meaningful, hands-on experiences caring for animals, developing practical land-based skills and engaging in vocational learning opportunities.

Poppies Farm plays an important role in its local community, offering a welcoming and accessible setting where learners can develop confidence, independence and practical skills through real-life experiences. The centre shares our commitment to high-quality teaching, learner wellbeing and inclusive education, ensuring every learner receives the support they need to succeed..
