We understand that every learner and school is different. Our vocational qualifications can therefore be delivered in a range of ways, from an individual learner joining one of our existing groups to a school commissioning a programme for a small cohort.

Individual learners can join one of our existing qualification groups at Frampton Farm, subject to suitability and availability.
Learners study alongside other young people working towards the same or similar qualification, combining structured theory learning with practical experience on our working farm.
This can be a good option for schools looking to provide an individual pupil with a vocational curriculum pathway without commissioning a separate programme.
For learners who are not yet ready to learn within a group, or who require a more individualised programme, schools can commission 1:1 learning at Frampton Farm.
The programme can be structured around the learner's chosen qualification, pace of learning, support requirements and intended outcomes.

Schools can commission a dedicated on-farm programme for their learner group, with both theory and practical learning delivered by Frampton Farm tutors.
The group has access to a dedicated classroom space for their school only, providing a consistent learning environment away from the main school setting.
Our tutors deliver the theory elements of the qualification alongside practical learning across our working farm. Learners have regular access to our animals, horticulture areas, land-based facilities and practical resources, allowing them to put their learning into practice in a real working environment.
Our hybrid model allows schools to deliver the theory element of the programme within their own setting while Frampton Farm provides the practical learning and assessment.

School staff work through the theory-based learning with their learners using the resources we provide. Learners then attend Frampton Farm at agreed points during the programme to develop, practise and demonstrate the practical skills required for their qualification.
This model can significantly reduce the amount of time learners need to spend away from school while still giving them access to a recognised vocational qualification and genuine practical learning environment.
